CREATING A GREAT ECOMMERCE

EXPERIENCE IS SOMETHING I LOVE TO DO.

In 2010, I was tasked in spearheading an eCommerce initiative that would allow a modern platform for online growth and sales. This project branched to numerous tasks and responsibilities, including researching all the eCommerce systems, finding the right platform that suited our needs, and then developing a proper work flow with intuitive user experience in mind. But my scope of project kept being rewritten to evolve our online presence into something even bigger. And it redefined a whole new category of skill and technique I want to pursue. eCommerce has become a passion of mine. The inner workings that make a good online store live and thrive, to the attention to detail you must place on great design, user experience, and customer satisfaction are all areas I have had the privilege of exploring and gaining insight on how to make a company thrive and grow online.

•  Analyzing Customer Data, Conversion Techniques, Shopping Cart Metrics

 

MAGENTO IS MY PLATFORM.

I love Magento. After doing tons of research on the different carts that exist, this has always been my go to platform. Magento has a very easy-to-understand structure from both a backend and frontend point of view. I’ve also worked with both Magento Enterprise & Community editions.

B2B IS MY STRONG POINT.

For the last bulk of my career, I have had the privilege of heavily focusing my creative and marketing efforts on B2B buyers. I understand what it takes to create an ideal buying experience for B2B while still balancing B2C features that customers are familiar with and can enhance the overall user experience.

FUNDAMENTALS? PIECE Of CAKE.

It’s crucial that you have a very detail oriented understanding of the fundamentals of an ecommerce platform. My skill set extends to implementing proper store management for Magento, like catalog structure, checkout, order management, global configurations, pricing rules and customer permissions.

I CAN BACK IT UP WITH SALES.

I have mastered creating powerful marketing campaigns and plans that are designed to step up sales through product promotions and discounts. I also am proficient in proper technique in configuring Magento to ensure optimal SEO functionality. These features create conversion, retain customers, and ultimately create amazing sales revenue.

MARKETING INTEGRATION. I DO THAT.

I have experience in integrating several marketing tools and platforms to leverage Magento’s customer data. I know how to design powerful emails, digital ads, integrate social media campaigns, and create buzzworthy marketing efforts for new products and services.
